- Honeybees make Rewarewa honey from the nectar of Knightia excelsa, a prominent tree native and exclusive to New Zealand. In spring, red Rewarewa flowers splash color all over the countryside and are an irresistible source of nectar for honeybees.
Directions:
- You can dig in with a spoon and eat straight from the jar or use as a spread or sweetener.
- You can get the perfect consistency by warming it up or chilling in the fridge.
- Not suitable for children under one year of age.
- Do not use if cap seal is broken.
- Store upright below 25℃.
