It is a tray made of Noto Hiba (cypress) that the craftsman carefully wiped with lacquer one by one. Hegime is the natural roughness which formed when we split the trees.
Noto Hiba is a coniferous tree distributed in Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture, and this tree has strong bactericidal power, mold prevention, insect repellent, and deodorizing effects.
Lacquer has been reported to have antiseptic and insect repellent effects since ancient times.

- Weight: Approx. 300g
- Not suitable for dishwasher and dryer, avoid immersing it in hot water for a long time
- Wash as soon as possible after use, wipe off moisture with a soft cloth, and wipe with a dry cloth to make it last longer.
- It may be scratched or cracked when a strong impact is applied.
- Do not place near fire.
- Avoid using cloths which have been treated with chemicals.
