Bamboo 3Dknit™ is the only bouncer not just for babies. The average bouncer is certified only for babies up to one year old. We wanted Bamboo 3Dknit™ to last a little longer with not one, but three configurations. It transforms from a cradling hammock with bespoke support for newborns, to a comfy chair that stimulates a baby`s wriggling skills, to a lounger for 5-year-old toddlers. If a bouncer is made from one uniform, non-elastic fabric, then newborns can sometimes roll or slump. Bamboo 3Dknit ™ Bouncer is engineered to cradle your baby like a supportive hammock.

3Dknitting technology is brilliant because it allows you to weave a single fabric with alternating softer and tensed zones, and it’s breathable. It means the bouncer provides the perfect support in all the right places as they grow– but there are almost no seams under your baby’s body. Making it stronger as well as comfier than a traditional bouncer.

Bamboo 3Dknit™ uses state-of-the-art anti-bacterial Copper infused ALTOR® yarns for knitting.

Copper is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. ALTOR® yarns can reduce a broad spectrum of bacteria by over 99.9% and inhibit growth of mildew, preventing the bad smells they can cause.

The Copper infusion technology traps the Copper particles inside the yarn. It means that the excellent antibacterial properties are persistent and long-lasting - even after many washes - unlike coatings.

And because the Copper particles don’t wash off, it’s environmentally friendly!

Dynamic backrest™

As your baby grows, the best way to develop those motor skills is movement - lots of it. And a child that's free to move is a happy child!

Traditional bouncers have 3 inclinations of the same sitting position. The patented Dynamic Backrest ™ follows the children's' movements and lets them choose their position simply by shifting their weight. A bit like an ergonomic office chair.

You can also adjust, lock or release the backrest's position silently without disturbing your child. And when it’s down time, you can open the angle of the backrest, relaxing their tummy for a more comfortable rest – all without removing or disturbing them.

To be certified according to industry standards, a bouncer must support 9kgs – the weight of an average one year-old. We wanted the bouncer to last a little longer, so Bamboo 3Dknit™ Bouncer can be transformed into a toddler lounger too. To make sure it can withstand even an energetic toddler that gets carried away, we pounded it with 100kg, 20,000 times, making it the only bouncer that complies with a stress test norm for adult furniture.

It may seem extreme but it means we’re confident the award-winning Bamboo 3Dknit™ Bouncer can comfortably support the weight of your child until it outgrows the bouncer, or on average a five years old.
