UV-C light disinfection is a proven and effective technology from the medical world to disinfect surfaces, air and water. The invisible UV-C light kills or inactivates any living organism by breaking down their DNA and RNA. It also eliminates odor caused by bacteria.

What makes Bast UV™ different? Many UV-C sanitzers aren’t certified at all. And of those that are, most only pass a basic test under lab conditions where a tiny patch is tested up close to the LED. But that’s not real life as this only cleanses a tiny patch at the top of your object.

To be disinfected, a surface needs to be directly exposed to UV-C light. Blast UV™ suspends your item on a transparent surface and the Porex Virtek® lining scatters the UV-C light in all directions evenly, so you don’t need to flip it over.
