1. Each SOGO Rewards member can purchase only one eCash Coupon. During the promotional period, if more than one eCash Coupon is purchased, the system will automatically cancel the transaction and issue a refund
2. The eCash Coupon will be automatically credited to customer’s membership account used at the time of purchase on or before 30/4/2026.
3. SOGO eCash Coupons are valid for SOGO Rewards members only and must be used together with the same SOGO Rewards account.
4. This eCash Coupon is only applicable from 1/5/2026 - 31/5/2026. Expired or unused eCash Coupons will not be extended or refunded.

6. Before payment, a member is required to log in to his/ her account and present the SOGO eCash Coupon QR code on SOGO Rewards Mobile Application/WeChat Mini Program.
7. SOGO eCash Coupons can be used at participating merchants in SOGO Causeway Bay Store and SOGO Kai Tak Store. SOGO eCash Coupons are not valid for SOGO eStore.
8. Each SOGO eCash Coupon can only be used once at one participating merchant. Presentation of the SOGO eCash Coupon is required before payment.
9. Each SOGO eCash Coupon entitles a member to redeem goods with the face value of the eCash Coupon deducted from the retail price, at SOGO Stores of SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited("the Company") in HKSAR. The total value of the SOGO eCoupon will be deducted when used. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
10. Goods purchased with the SOGO eCash Coupons can be returned to the Company for exchange, but not for a cash refund.
11. SOGO eCash Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase Gift Certificates.
12. The Company does not accept any responsibility or liability for any lost or leaked SOGO eCash Coupons.
13. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Standard Local Delivery
In normal circumstances, you will receive SMS with confirmed delivery date within 3 working days from the date of order. Goods would be delivered within 7 working days^.
If a single order includes products in different categories, we may deliver the products on different dates.
Pick-up at SOGO Kai Tak Store
It is only applicable to selected beauty brands and freshmart goods only, excluding frozen food. Please refer to the individual item pages for details.
When your payment is successful, system will send a confirmation email with pick-up number and period to your registered email address. Goods would be ready for pick-up within 4 working days^ from the date of order. To pick up the order, please present the pick-up number code for collection.
Mainland China Delivery
It is only applicable to selected beauty brands, babies' & kids’ and other designated goods only. Please refer to the individual item pages for details.
After the shipping fee is settled, you will be notified with S.F. Express tracking number by email in 3 working days. Once you receive the tracking number, please visit SFHK official website, input the tracking number and upload recipient identification documents for customs clearance within 5 calendar days.
After customs clearance is completed, S.F. Express will contact you for settling the tax payment before the delivery. You need to pay S.F. Express for the related 13%-50% tax rate and the actual amount is subject to China Customs’ final decision. The parcels will then be delivered to you once the tax payment is settled.
