• Upon parking, it is required to visit the concierge on G/F at The Twins Tower I (service hours: 11:00am-10:00pm, on the same day before retrieving the vehicle), to redeem the parking privilege, eCash Coupons, and Gelato Vouchers. Required items for registration include: (1) WhatsApp confirmation message, (2) the Octopus card, VISA, or Mastercard used for entry (if applicable), and (3) the vehicle's license plate number. Late registrations will be deemed invalid.
